1. Who We Are

Aion Solutions LLC ("Aion Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") is a Delaware limited liability company. We provide an AI-powered voice dispatch platform for towing and roadside-assistance companies. Questions about this policy can be sent to ryan@aionsolutions.io.

2. Scope

This policy explains how we handle information across (a) our website at aionsolutions.io, and (b) our dispatch platform at app.aionsolutions.io (the "Platform").

3. Information We Collect

• From website visitors: If you book a demo or contact us, we collect the name and email address you provide. We also collect basic usage data (such as pages viewed) to operate and improve the site.
• Through the Platform, on behalf of our clients: When a towing company uses our service, our Platform processes information from that company's inbound callers, including the caller's name, callback number, location or service address, the nature of the roadside-assistance request, and voice recordings and transcripts of the call. We also store business information provided by our clients, such as company and contact details, driver names and phone numbers, and dispatch history. For caller information, our clients are the data controllers; we process it on their behalf to deliver the dispatch service.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and operate the dispatch service, answer and route calls, generate dispatch notifications, maintain job and call history for our clients, respond to inquiries, and improve our service. We do not use caller or client data for advertising.

5. Call Recording

Our Platform records and transcribes inbound calls so our clients can capture and manage service requests. Some jurisdictions, including California, require that callers be notified of recording. Our clients are responsible for providing any legally required call-recording notice or consent to their callers.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or share client or caller data with third parties for marketing or advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us operate, including:

• Supabase — data storage
• Twilio and ElevenLabs — voice call processing and transcription
• Vercel — website hosting
• Calendly — demo scheduling

We may also disclose information if required by law. Each client's data is logically isolated; no client can access another client's data.

7. SMS / Text Messaging

When a caller contacts a business that uses our platform, we may send that caller SMS text messages about their service request — including job confirmations, assigned-driver and arrival-time updates, and service follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

8. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored with Supabase, a SOC 2 Type II-compliant platform, with encryption in transit and at rest. Voice calls and transcriptions are processed through Twilio and ElevenLabs, which maintain enterprise-grade security standards. Access to a client's dashboard and data is protected by login credentials issued solely to that client. Employees and contractors with access to client data are bound by confidentiality obligations.

9. Data Retention

We retain client and caller data for as long as a client maintains an active account and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period unless a longer retention is required by law.

10. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, to correct it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. 11. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
